HOW TO ORDER

You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply add the items you require to your basket. You can view and amend your order at any time by clicking on 'View Basket'. When your order is complete, click on 'Proceed to Checkout' and enter your customer details, delivery details and payment information.

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact our customer service advisor before placing an order with us.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights .

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate. Please see delivery times and charges.

PRODUCT SALE & PURCHASE

A contract between ALЁNSKA and the customer for the supply of products by ALЁNSKA to the customer comes into effect once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched by ALЁNSKA.

All orders are subject to availability. Receipt of an order via our website and emailed confirmation to our customer of receipt of an order do not constitute acceptance or guarantee fulfillment of an order.

A customer's credit or debit card will not be charged for an item until it is dispatched by ALЁNSKA: where appropriate this will include a non-refundable charge for postage & packing.

Every effort is made to ensure that our estimated delivery times are met; however occasionally delays in delivery due to unforeseen factors are inevitable. ALЁNSKA shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver goods within our estimated delivery times.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATION

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. All measurements are approximate. If you are dissatisfied please see the returns section above.

PAYMENT AND TAXES

We gain authorization before any items are dispatched We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card, ALЁNSKA Gift Vouchers and cheques made payable to Alenska Ltd. Please do not send cash.

We currently accept Visa, Master Card, Solo, Switch & Amex. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.

All product prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of postage and packing charges, unless otherwise specified. ALЁNSKA will only accept orders if there are no errors in the prices of the products ordered, as advertised on this website. ALЁNSKA reserves the right to change prices at any time.

If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility.

ALЁNSKA assigns order codes to enable our customers to enjoy the benefits of special discounts and other promotions. Our customers are reminded that all ALЁNSKA order codes are non-transferable and remain the property of the company at all times. Unless otherwise stated, ALЁNSKA order codes are for single use only. Where a special offer is advertised for a limited period, repeat orders exceeding this time will not be eligible under the same terms.

REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION

We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may not process a transaction at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from this Website whether or not that Product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

To be eligible to purchase Products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must: Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information, be over 18 years of age, stipulate a delivery address. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable

By making an offer to buy a Product, you specifically authorize us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

ORDERS

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. But in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

CANCELLATION

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than seven days from the day of dispatch.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order dispatch, then e-mail us. If your order has already been dispatched please follow the procedure set out in our Returns Policy. A ny payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours, to arrive with UK customers within seven working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives. Your credit card will not be charged until goods ordered by you are ready to be dispatched. To provide a better service we may dispatch order in parts until completion.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any times other than the estimated date for delivery.

MAINLAND UK

Royal Mail Standard (UK) is calculated automatically based on weight of a package (starting for m 1.5kg), please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

RM4-Royal Mail Special Delivery ( UK ) - guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm next working day if an order is received by 11.30am , price is calculated automatically based on weight of a package. Special Delivery is a signature service so please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for it.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

W e reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

On receipt of the returned goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange as required.

Please be aware that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer.

When returning goods for which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

If goods returned were originally purchased with a gift voucher, we can only offer a credit to your ALЁNSKA account as reimbursement.

In an exchange, if the new item costs less we will reimburse you with the difference. If the new item costs more additional payment will be required. There will be no second postage & packing charge for dispatch of exchanged goods.

While ALЁNSKA uses reasonable endeavors to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and ALЁNSKA will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information

While ALЁNSKA takes all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it does not guarantee that your use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system.

The entire liability of ALЁNSKA under or in connection with any contract for any products to which these conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the products.

ALЁNSKA will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded.

MODIFICATION AND DISCONTINUATION

We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify, edit, delete, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently this website (or any portion thereof) and/or the information, materials, products and/or services available through this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, editing, deletion, suspension or discontinuance of this website.
